Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the first purchase of each plan type.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- A refund has already been issued for the same purchase
- The purchase is a repeat purchase of a plan type for which a refund has already been granted
- Suspension or termination resulting from violations of the Terms of Service
