Affiliate Program Terms

1. Overview

The Lubi VPN Affiliate Program (the "Program") is operated by Lubi Labs, LLC ("Lubi VPN", "we", "us"). The Program lets approved participants ("Affiliates", "you") earn commission by referring new customers to Lubi VPN.

By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Program Terms in addition to the Lubi VPN Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

2. Enrollment and accounts

No existing Lubi VPN account is required to apply. Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements in the Lubi VPN Terms of Service. We review each application and approve or decline it at our sole discretion, and we are not obligated to state a reason.

When an application is approved, a Lubi VPN account is opened automatically for the application email address if one does not already exist. You use this account to access the affiliate dashboard, your referral link, statistics, and commission balance.

3. Commission

You earn a commission equal to 40% of the first purchase made by each new customer referred through your affiliate link or referral code. The commission applies to the first paid order only; renewals, upgrades, and subsequent purchases do not generate commission.

Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid by the customer, excluding taxes and payment-processing adjustments where applicable. Commission rates and program mechanics may differ for promotions and are subject to change under Section 8.

4. Attribution

A referral is attributed to you when a customer opens your affiliate link and completes their first purchase within 30 days. If a customer opens links from multiple affiliates, the most recent link before purchase wins the attribution.

Referred customers may also receive a first-purchase bonus (currently +30 days on 1-year plans and +90 days on 2-year plans). Bonus amounts are promotional and may change at any time.

5. Holding period and refunds

Each commission is held for 31 days from the date of the referred payment. If the order is refunded or charged back during that period, the commission is cancelled. After the holding period, the commission becomes eligible for withdrawal.

6. Payouts

Affiliate commission accrues in USD. The minimum payout is $30 — balances below this threshold roll over until it is met. Withdrawals are settled manually: once your eligible balance reaches the threshold, contact support@lubivpn.com from your account email to request a withdrawal. Payout method, currency conversion, and timing are arranged during settlement, and any transfer fees may be deducted from the payout.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations arising from commission you earn under the Program.

7. Promotion requirements and prohibited conduct

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may earn a commission when someone purchases through your link or code, in each promotion and close to the link or endorsement, and comply with applicable advertising and endorsement laws.

Subject to these Program Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use approved Program logos, screenshots, and other brand assets solely to promote Lubi VPN. You must follow the usage guidelines supplied with those assets. This license ends immediately when your participation in the Program ends.

The following will result in cancelled commission and may result in suspension or termination under Section 9:

• Self-referral — using your own link or code for your own purchases, or purchases made on your behalf, including through related accounts.
• Brand-term bidding — running search or display ads on "Lubi VPN", "lubivpn", or confusingly similar terms, or directing such traffic to your affiliate link.
• Spam — unsolicited bulk messaging, forum/comment spam, or posting your link in ways that violate a platform's rules.
• Misleading promotion — false or unverifiable claims about Lubi VPN, fake discounts, impersonating Lubi VPN, or implying official endorsement or partnership without written permission.
• Attribution manipulation — cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, typosquatting, or any other technique that generates attribution without a genuine referral.
• Unlawful content or channels — promoting Lubi VPN alongside illegal content, or in a manner that violates applicable law.

8. Changes to the Program

We may modify these Program Terms, commission rates, bonus amounts, attribution rules, or any other aspect of the Program — or discontinue the Program — at any time. Material changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance; commission already earned under the previous terms is not affected retroactively.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, including for violations of these Program Terms, suspected fraud, or conduct that harms the Lubi VPN brand. Commission attributable to violating activity is forfeited. You may leave the Program at any time by contacting support; commission that has cleared the holding period remains withdrawable.

10. General

You participate in the Program as an independent party — nothing here creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship. These Program Terms are governed by the same governing-law provision as the Lubi VPN Terms of Service.
